By paying this deposit, you enter our art process and are provided the ability to submit instructions and files to our art team to put together your design(s).
This small deposit applies to NEW orders or artwork that is NOT on our templates.
- REORDERS: If you are looking to reorder design(s) that we have created for you, you do not need to pay this deposit.
Approved art can be adjusted for no charge if the order has not yet entered production (MINI / FSS stages).
Any changes in art or to exact colors needed AFTER entering production (Mini and FSS stage) will result in an additional NON-REFUNDABLE $75 change art fee and will cause delays in your timeline.

- Production Timelines provided at any given time of year does NOT factor in the length of time that the art process will take until receiving approval from you on behalf of your customers.
- Upon purchasing this Art Deposit, you receive an AUTOMATIC email to the email address associated with your account. Read the details carefully, schedule a call with our team if necessary, and follow the instructions to submit your instructions.
- Designs for your review are emailed back to the email associated with your account generally within 1-3 business days.
- If you submit instructions to our team AFTER business hours, on a holiday, or during the weekend, your instructions are not reviewed and worked on by our team until the next business day.
